You may only use the Marketplace pages of for lawful purposes when seeking employment, recruiting staff or for posting tunnelling equipment for sale or contract procurement notices. You must not under any circumstances seek to undermine the security of the site or any information submitted to or available through it. In particular, but without limitation, you must not seek to access, alter or delete any information to which you do not have authorized access, seek to overload the system via spamming or flooding, take any action or use any device, routine or software to crash, delay, damage or otherwise interfere with the operation of this site or attempt to decipher, disassemble or modify any of the software, coding or information comprised in the site.

Information Submitted by You to Marketplace
We will use information supplied by you (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) to enable Marketplace to fulfil its functions, and for associated administrative operations. This involves TunnelTalk, amongst other things, processing and storing information (including, without limitation, sensitive personal data) and passing or making available electronically such information to prospective employers and clients.
Job Vacancies: Information about job vacancies may be passed to candidates and can be posted directly onto the website. We do not use third parties to help us process your information. We may collect and aggregate data from the information supplied by you to help us to understand our users as a group so that we can provide you with a better service.
We will process any data which you provide when completing the online registration or application forms, and any further forms or personal details which you complete or provide to us when using this site in accordance with US data protection legislation and data protection legislation in local areas.
Job Seekers: Transfer of information for Job Seekers to interested employers. Personal information comprising your CV may be accessed through the database by third parties outside of your home country’s jurisdiction. This will happen if a prospective employer is based in another part of the world. By registering and using the Marketplace Job Seekers service of, you consent to this transfer.
Equipment Sales: TunnelTalk assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of information or condition of items listed for sale in Marketplace. Items listed for sale and any content of advertisements or notices placed on do not constitute recommendation or endorsement by TunnelTalk.
Sellers will list only those items that exist, that they are legally entitled to sell and that are in their possession. TunnelTalk reserves the right to remove any listing that it deems unsuitable or in breach of the terms and conditions.
Procurement: Notices loaded to the Procurement service are listed on Marketplace on solely at user’s own risk.
Security and Passwords
In order to register with this site and to sign in when you visit the site, you will need to use a username and password. You are solely responsible for the security and proper use of your password, which should be kept confidential at all times and not disclosed to any other person. You must notify us immediately if you believe that your password is known to someone else or if it may be used in an unauthorized way. We accept no liability for any unauthorized or improper use or disclosure of any password.

We collect your data in order to send you the TunnelTalk weekly Alert. You voluntarily provided that data when you selected to join the distribution list of the weekly Alert through our Alert Signup service.

We will not share your data with any third parties for marketing or any other purposes unless you have specifically requested that we do.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.
