In search of a new CEO for Normet 14 Feb 2019

President and CEO of Normet, Robin Lindahl, has decided to leave Normet and join wealth management, financial services and renewable energy business Taaleri plc of Finland. With his departure date set for 1 August 2019 at the latest, the search for a new President and CEO for Normet has already started. Lindahl will actively support in transfer of his duties over the coming months.

“It has been a pleasure leading Normet as CEO during the last three years,” said Lindahl. “I will miss mostly the great team and the skilled colleagues at Normet and I will be doing my utmost to support the team over the coming months.”

Recently Lindahl presented a donation to the Savonia University of Applied Sciences in Finland for the higher education of professional mechanical engineers.

Aaro Cantell, Chairman of the Normet Group, thanked Lindahl for his good work at Normet “particularly in building a strong and highly professional leadership team that has the capability to take the company to the next level in the coming years. During Lindahl’s leadership Normet sales have grown from €200 million to more than €300 million with improved profitability. I am confident we will find a good successor to continue the positive development of Normet.”
